Photo Shoot Agreement (Summary)

• Shooting fees and model fees are mutually unpaid (a pro bono collaboration).
• Location, prop, and costume costs are covered by the artist. (You may occasionally be asked to provide items of your own if suitable.)
• If a resulting work is sold, 10% of the sale price (after costs) will be paid to the model. (Paid once the total reaches ¥5,000.)
• Models review the final photographs and may reject any image; rejected images will not be used.
• A written agreement covering these and other terms is signed by both parties before shooting.
